Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "nustsr" Refers to the nustsr online casino and sports betting platform accessible at nustsr.net, including all associated games, services, software, and promotional programmes made available to registered players.
• "Platform" The nustsr website, mobile web interface, and any application or software through which nustsr services are delivered to players in the Philippines.
• "Account" The individual registered player account opened in a player's legal name, through which that player accesses nustsr games, deposits and withdraws funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Player" / "You" Any individual who has registered a nustsr account or is accessing nustsr services, and who has agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• "Funds" Real-money balances held in a player's nustsr account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), including deposited amounts and any winnings credited to the account.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free-spin winnings, reload bonus amounts, or cashback credits allocated to a player's account under a specific nustsr promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total amount a player must wager — calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount — before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by nustsr to confirm a player's identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawals or flagging suspicious activity.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country or territory from which access to nustsr is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or nustsr's own operational policies.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a nustsr account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legally mandated minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines, and nustsr enforces this requirement strictly across all account access points.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players on the nustsr platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing nustsr from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any programme administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or any other applicable gaming regulator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and must not be acting under any legal disability that would impair this capacity.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Registering under a false identity, a third party's identity, or using fictitious information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

nustsr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by nustsr may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nustsr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to the following obligations:

• You will not share your nustsr login credentials with any other person, including family members. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You will select a strong, unique password for your nustsr account and will not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You will notify nustsr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorised activity has occurred on your account.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs on your nustsr account while your credentials are in use, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• nustsr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

nustsr employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security monitoring across all platform transactions. However, no online system is entirely immune to security risks, and players are encouraged to take personal precautions including enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Deposits & Withdrawals

nustsr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, and cryptocurrency. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. nustsr reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. Before a withdrawal is processed, nustsr may require the completion of KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but nustsr endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 Philippine business days.

nustsr does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — including GCash, your bank, or your cryptocurrency exchange — may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside nustsr's control and are your responsibility.

Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on nustsr — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, fishing games, Teen Patti, or sports betting markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the nustsr platform. Players may not cancel or modify a confirmed bet.
• In the event of a technical failure, server error, or interruption during a game round or betting event, nustsr will attempt to reconstruct the game state from its server logs. Where reconstruction is possible, the result will stand as determined by the server. Where reconstruction is not possible, nustsr may void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.
• nustsr sports betting markets are settled according to official results declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition concerned. For Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) markets, PBA's official scoreline at the conclusion of regular playing time governs settlement unless a specific market states otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market and may be adjusted without advance notice at nustsr's discretion.
• nustsr reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed at odds or stakes that were published in error due to a system fault, human error, or data feed failure.

All published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for nustsr slot and casino games are theoretical long-run values certified by the respective game providers. Individual session outcomes will vary and the published RTP does not constitute a guarantee of any specific return on a player's deposits.

Bonuses & Promotions

nustsr offers a range of promotional programmes to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the nustsr registration process and, where required, completed KYC verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• nustsr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, except where evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations — is a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nustsr platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access your nustsr account.
• Registering more than one nustsr account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any nustsr game or betting market.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of games or sports events on which nustsr accepts wagers.
• Using nustsr for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illegal purpose. nustsr actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reports to relevant Philippine financial intelligence authorities where required by law.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or misconfiguration of nustsr games or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors must be returned to nustsr in full.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing nustsr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing nustsr from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location.

Responsible Gaming

nustsr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of nustsr players enjoy our games for entertainment without any issue, gambling can become problematic for a minority of players — and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered nustsr players at no cost and with no penalty for use:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their nustsr account. Limits take effect immediately when set and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.

Privacy & Data

nustsr collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at nustsr.net/privacy-policy. By registering a nustsr account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by nustsr is used for the purposes of account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, promotional communications (where opted in), and customer support. nustsr does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

nustsr retains player account data for the period required by applicable Philippine gaming and anti-money-laundering regulations, which may extend beyond the closure of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nustsr platform — including but not limited to the nustsr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of nustsr or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nustsr platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any nustsr content or software without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustsr's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of nustsr services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player into their nustsr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustsr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or personal financial loss, arising from your use of the nustsr platform — regardless of whether nustsr was advised of the possibility of such loss.

nustsr does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all nustsr services.

Account Termination

Either you or nustsr may terminate your nustsr account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your nustsr account by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met or the associated bonus funds will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after bonus forfeiture will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

nustsr-initiated termination: nustsr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in cases of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, bonus abuse, provision of false identity information, underage gambling, or any other conduct that nustsr reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, nustsr may forfeit the entire account balance.

On termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use the nustsr platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including the intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses — shall continue to apply.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of nustsr, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through nustsr's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact nustsr at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint, the relevant account details, and the resolution you are seeking. nustsr will acknowledge your complaint within 2 Philippine business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 Philippine business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.
